Andy is a senior consultant to the US DOE’s Loan Programs Office. He was CEO or Co-founder at four innovative clean energy startups specializing in SaaS, ML and IoT platforms. Earlier experience included Black & Veatch, Booz Allen Hamilton and Westinghouse. Andy holds BS and ME degrees in nuclear engineering plus an MBA, all from the University of Virginia.
