Dale owns Mountaineer Power Consulting, LLC, providing due diligence evaluations, business development support, expert witness services, and technical assessment of power plant performance, budgets, management teams, and risks. Dale has served the US power industry for over forty years and has been responsible for coal preparation, construction, commissioning, operations, plant management, fleet P&L, and divestiture.  Dale holds a BS in Mining & Mineral Processing Engineering and an MBA from West Virginia University.
