Paul Estey is recently retired from Maxar where he served in a several positions from System Engineer to Chief Operating Officer (COO).   Prior to Maxar, Dr. Estey held engineering and management positions at the NASA-Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), SAIC, American Rocket Company (AMROC), and TRW.  Dr. Estey holds a BMSE from Queen’s University, MSME from MIT and a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
